This is one of my older 3D-printable garden projects: a stackable hydroponic tower model that I reworked so it was easier to print on smaller machines and easier to connect to common hose hardware.
The model uses smaller tower segments, capped plant-cup offshoots, foam-insert sizing, and a center-routed water path. The practical goal was to make the tower easier to print, assemble, and tweak without needing oversized printer volume.

Printables model
This is the Printables page for my hydroponic tower model. It has the gallery, STL downloads, the 2021 garden-hose-thread cap update, the Thingiverse import, and notes around the 2025 remaster work.
Redesign notes
The source page credits archipelagourbanfarms' Modular Hydroponic System as the project that pushed me to redesign the tower. I made the segments smaller for desktop printers, added caps so plant cups would stay put, and sized the inner diameter around foam inserts to help keep debris out of the stack.
Water path
The supply hose runs up the center of the tower. The top cap couples to that path, and later I added a garden-hose-thread cap so it could connect more directly to common garden hardware. The notes also mention ABS plumber cement on threaded connections, because water will find the part of the design you were hoping was fine.
Origin and updates
This started in the Thingiverse era and was later mirrored onto Printables. It sits next to the laminar-flow and Infinity Bowl projects because they all mix printed parts, fittings, fluids, and practical iteration.
